By entering the All Bikes Electric website and/or purchasing a product(s), you will be agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our privacy policy is also available which outlines how we will protect your data. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You accept that communication with AllBikes Electric will be primarily electronic through e-mail or notices posted on the Website and comply with any legal requirement thatsuch communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and will not constitute acceptance of your order. All Bikes Electric retains the right to accept or reject this acknowledgement before processing the order. A contract to purchase goods will be formed once your payment and price has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent and dispatch times may vary according to availability or reasons out of our control and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are not binding. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. In order to contract with us, you must be over 18 years of age. All Bikes Electric retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
Pricing and Product Specifications
This website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. All Bikes Electric is under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price if this is found to be the case Published specifications may change and All Bikes Electric shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability of any parts required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description, we will rectify this providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns page for details.
Warranties and Guarantees
Please ensure that you have read the warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. All Bikes Electric cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a part. Some manufacturers may stipulate that you use a suitably qualified cycle technician. Once purchased bikes, components and accessories should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers' instructionsand should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. All warranties and guarantees in respect of goods are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to terms contained therein. You are reminded to complete allwarranty/guarantee cards/documents upon receipt of the goods where appropriate. Furthermore, we shall accept no liability for death or personal injury, unless caused directly by ourown negligence.
Payment
By Card: You can pay via our secure checkout pages using Credit or Debit card as well as PayPal and we will need to ship to the registered address held by your payment card and “All Bikes Electric” will appear on your statement. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax at UK rates (Unless VAT exempt). If we need to increase prices such as VAT rates, or manufacturer price increases, we will notify you. Card fraud is illegal, and perpetrators will be prosecuted. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect that there is a risk of fraud.
UK Delivery
We currently do not ship any e-bikes or e-bike batteries in the UK. For anything else delivery costs will be £4.95 unless your order is over £100.00. Free delivery will only apply to orders for delivery to the UK Mainland (which excludes the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle ofScilly and Northern Ireland). Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days. Once signed for, goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, although this does not affect your statutory rights. Please notify us, in writing, of any issues within 5 working days of receiving the goods, otherwise we will not accept liability. Our delivery is only mainland UK (Please contact us for deliveries to other locations). We are not responsible for postal delays or late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is particularly heavy, it may be subject to extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before delivery of your orderbegins. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional costs. All Bikes Electric may split delivery of your order into several parcels based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this method of shipping. We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Click & Collect
You can get your order delivered to our store in Brighton. Once your order has been delivered to our store, you'll get an email confirming it's ready to bepicked up, this email will also contain your unique delivery code which is required for collecting your parcel. Your parcel can only be collected within our published opening hours. Please ensure you have your order number, unique delivery code and a form of ID, ifyou don't have these, you may not be able to collect your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched please see our Returns Policy. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to cancel your order in writing seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. by the manufacturer, however these can be subject to change by the manufacturer at any time, without prior warning.

WEEE regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The Directive also meansthat suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. All Bikes Electric is obliged under this Directive to offer its customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from All Bikes Electric a new Electrical or Electronicproduct. Customers must return their WEEE item to All Bikes Electric within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Limitation of our liability
If All Bikes Electric fails to comply with these terms and conditions, All Bikes Electric shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods and will not be liable for losses that result from its failure to comply with these terms and conditions. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property and third-party claims, loss of income or revenue; loss of business; profits; anticipated savings or data as well as a waste of management or office time and any other indirect loss, consequential loss, damages or expenses. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or limit All Bikes Electric 's liability for: Death or personal injury caused by All Bikes Electric 's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or any other matter for which it would be illegal for All Bikes Electric to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.
Whilst All Bikes Electric adopts industry standard protections against computer viruses, we cannot guarantee that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious computer program.
Nothing said by our employees on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as representation about the nature or quality of any goodsoffered for sale by us. Except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being false or misleading. Any advice given by our employees or servants is based entirely upon information provided by you and any advice shall amount to an opinion only and we shall not accept liability for any inaccuracies. Goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of thatkind are commonly supplied, We shall accept no liability for any failure of Goods due to any such alternative use, amendment ormodification.
Events outside our control
All Bikes Electric will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations to you that is caused by events outside All Bikes Electric 's reasonablecontrol. This includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident and includes (withoutlimitation) the following: Government legislation, industrial action, civil disorder, terrorism, war, fire, explosion, epidemic or other natural disaster. Impossibility of the use of transport or telecommunications networks either public or private. All Bikes Electric will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which itsobligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise specified the intellectual property rights in the contents of all the pages in this website, are owned or licensed to All Bikes Electric. The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission.
Governed Law
All Bikes Electric reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you ordergoods from All Bikes Electric unless any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and are applicable from 1st December 2021. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these termsand conditions including orders for goods.
