UK Delivery
We currently do not ship any e-bikes or e-bike batteries in the UK. For anything else delivery costs will be £4.95 unless your order is over £100.00. Free delivery will only apply to orders for delivery to the UK Mainland (which excludes the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle ofScilly and Northern Ireland). Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days. Once signed for, goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, although this does not affect your statutory rights. Please notify us, in writing, of any issues within 5 working days of receiving the goods, otherwise we will not accept liability. Our delivery is only mainland UK (Please contact us for deliveries to other locations). We are not responsible for postal delays or late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is particularly heavy, it may be subject to extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before delivery of your orderbegins. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional costs. All Bikes Electric may split delivery of your order into several parcels based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this method of shipping. We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
